Hello there

There is a room to rent in a shared house (with one male 28 year old, one female 28 year old) from the 1st July. Housemates are a good laugh, respectful to others and keep the house in a good condition so a like-minded person only would do. Neighbours also very friendly.

The room is a good-sized single overlooking the garden, which is south-facing with a big window and so gets the sun better than other rooms. The house is fully furnished with all new appliances and was recently refurbished.

Just off Hillsborough Corner so great for tram and all the shops/bars, though quiet as well.

The room will be free from July 1st and is 42 Pounds/week. Bills are shared so work out cheapish as well.
