We are looking to buy a home for our little family and need a min 2 bedroom or pref 3 bedroomed house. If you want a definate sale and are willing to front us the 5% deposit for the house we will buy and add the deposit and an additional 1k to the purchase price. This will ensure you will get your deposit money back plus an extra one thousand pound on completion.
