Accommodation comprises medium-sized bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers. Rest of recently built property includes: bathroom, lounge-dining room (with Sky TV and Broadband connection), fully-fitted kitchen, decent sized garden and own parking space.
Treeton is a quiet village, ideally situated for Meadowhall, Sheffield, Rotherham and M1 access, and is on main bus route.
Rent is £260 per month excluding bills.
