Sorry for the delay in replying, been run off my feet busy.

It was a Beauty & Complementary Therapy Salon, it was doing very well, open 1& 1/2 years, I decided to sell the business for health reasons and sold to one of my therapists who lives locally and works from home plus mobile, she didn't want to have the shop for that reason.


I am now therefore selling the shop!! It's been newly decorated and is in a good location. I bought the shop for my therapies so I no longer need it, would rather sell and do much needed work to my house.

Have you ever rented it out and if so, at what rent? I may be interested, but although have a lot of residential proeprties, have never bought commercial property. I may be interested though.

I've never rented it out, I am going by the going rate quoted by commercial agents.
