Embroidered sew on patches??

I am designing my own hockey shirt and am trying to find an embroidered hockey stick (about 1/2" wide x 6" long).

Does anyone know where I could find such a thing or know anyone with a fancy machine who could make one for me?

Any help would be appreciated.

They sell all sorts of embroidered motifs, they are just outside Boots.

why not cross stitch a design on waste canvas?
