they had some geezer on who had cooked this christmas dinner....it was a mixture of 3 birds (instead of turkey) it was pheasant on the inner lair,duck in the middle and goose on the outside....it had a really strange name does anyone know what it is?

It's spelt 'gooducken' as in 'goo'se, I saw it in the newspaper the other day, gutted I missed it's tv debut though lol!
