It consists of: 1 bedroom, Lounge, Dining kitchen & Shower room. It's double glazed & has central heating.

The rent is £315pcm, bond is £315. I do credit & reference check my tenants. Bills are not included, Council tax is band A & electricity is paid via a coin operated meter (£1 coins)

The flat will need re-painting after the current tenant leaves so I imagine it will be available from end of June.

Just to answer a few questions that have come from pm's.

The flat is unfurnished, but there is a washing machine & built in oven/hob. My current tenant has been there for 2½ years, she doesn't move out until June 7th if there is call for it I may well organise viewing just after she has left (please bear in mind there will be a some maintenance tasks to complete prior to new tenant moving in). I do allow small pets by arrangement & accept DSS subject to bond & refs.

I will contact those that have shown an interest as my tenant moves out to discuss viewing arrangements.
