I will move to Sheffield from abroad for study in Sep.. I am looking for a room. Some people told me that the price of University accomondation was more expensive than that of outside flat. Is it right?

It depends what area you are moving to, if you are looking for bills included in price (which will be easiest if coming from abroad)...more expensive areas include; town centre, crookes, walkley, ecclesall road.
