I am looking for a job but it says that I need a national insurance number but as im only 15 I cant have one till next year. Can some one tell me what I need to do.

You can apply for your national insurance number at your local Social Security Office (or whatever this weeks title for it is called). Look them up in the phone book or ring their help line. They are very helpful.

We've a 15 year old girl works for us and she's had to do the same thing.

New Laws brought in on 1st April this year mean you have to establish the nationality of anyone who works for you and they must provide you with a NI number.
