ABOUT ME
I am an easy going and sociable, 24 year old male. I enjoy drinking but don't smoke. I work full time and spend my spare time going to gigs, attempting to play the piano, watching and playing football and playing Mario kart.
WHO IM LOOKING FOR
I am looking for a friendly, easy going house mate. The flat is ideal for a young professional.
It's important for me to find someone I will get on with so please ask me any questions you'd want to know about me.
Having lived with a Derby County supporter for the last year I would prefer someone who supports ANY other team.
THE FLAT
The flat is in the riverside exchange complex in the s3 area of sheffield.
It has a modern open plan kitchen/dining area/living room with a balcony overlooking the river.
The room has a wardrobe, double bed, draws and shelving and room to swing a very large cat.
The bathroom is modern with a power shower over the bath.
THE IMPORTANT STUFF
The flat is close to 3 good pubs and 1 bad one. It is also within a five minute walk to town.
No parking is provided but my flatmate who is moving out has managed to park within a few minutes for free for the last year. Alternatively you can buy a spot for £50 a month within the complex.
The rent is £300 a month which includes water and maintenance charges. The landlord has always been flexible with arrangements but it would probably be a minimum 6 month contract.
