That says spyware all over it
Time to get out:
Spybot S&D
Ad-aware 6.0
Hi-Jack This
Get rid of IE
Do them all at the same time.

I just did to check - but I am using Mozilla FF, and run all of the thing above weekly.
If you haven't got that godforsaken My Web Search then it looks like you may just have had you homepage hi-jacked; run them all to be sure - flush it out of the system.
Check for "crap" that has appeared in the Add/Remove Programs list too.

Just to confirm, it's definitely insiduous spyware that's a royal pain in the patookus to remove...
Jeez I feel your pain man.
I have a two-sided guide on how to get rid of this if you're unsuccessful. PM me if you want it.
Have you got rid of this s**t yet Kirky?.

No the OP.......
(Had to fill the 15 charcter thing).
You have a hijacker - definitely Spyware. Use AdAware or Spybot Search and Destroy to get rid of this. You can find these on shareware sites such as www.download.com or www.tucows.com

Another handy tip to confirm would be to do CTRL+ALT+DEL (once!) and look out for any "dubious" looks files / programs running in the background on your PC.
Won't get rid of them for good, but handy to check anyway - sometimes can be quite tricky as even legit software has funny names etc. :-/
Good luck anyway.
