Does anyone know how to retrieve a mouse (something that the cat dragged in) from the internals of a cooker? It hid under it and somehow managed to climb up inside at the back.

No laughing please.

I had or have a mouse at large in my house, either that or i'm going mad [no sarcastic comments please]. Apparently they love peanut butter and so I went out and bought a humane mouse trap laced it with first chocolate then ham and am now seriously thinking of peanut butter. The only problem with this is I hate the smell, look of the stuff and can hardly bear to go near it.
Being a MsMouse maybe if it's a mister mouse it'd come out to you if you talk nicely.

Don't think peanut butter or cheese are gonna work anymore, as it looks like it's popped it's clogs. It was pretty badly injured when it went into hiding (and no, I'm not impressed with the cat either...) and, after a last burst of frenetic activity when it almost shook the cooker apart, has gone strangely silent.

Looks like the cooker is going to have to be dismantled, which I guess needs to be done by some corgi type person cos it's gas. I'm totally p****d off with the cat cos the cooker's new.

I used to have pet mice, They really don't like cheese, and if you make them eat it they go quiet for a bit before throwing up.

My friend was left some mice to look after whilst the owners went to Mexico. They were kept in the living room/smoking room. One died and the other one developed a form of cancer and had this big thing hanging off his head. Soon died also :(

Ohh ... that's really sad! Makes me think that I ought to consider giving up smoking ...

Open the door, put cheese on the oven shelf, close door, put light on, wait for mouse to go for cheese.

Prehead oven to MAXIMUM POWER
Leave for 20-25 minutes (until crispy and on it's back)
Serve with light garnish and additional cheese.

Take a leaf out of Outkast's books and "Shake it shake shake shake it like a polaroid picture!"

The dead mouse should then become dislodged and plop to the floor.

Failing that, turn your oven on and cook it.
