sheffield 6 area near wisewood etc for parson cross and surrounding areas

Hello,i am wanting a exchange at parson cross, shirecliffe,longley or southey green i will consider surrounding areas (must be a 3 bedroomed)

I have a 3 bedroomed house at wadsley/wisewood its not far from schools,shops,bus stops,tram stops etc very close 2 hillsbrough 15 mins walk
they are all big rooms in the house a large kitchen, 2 big bedrooms and a small one, 2 toilets one up and one down,the kitchen cupboard doors are pine
there are patio doors leading to the back yard which is not massive but quite small big enough for children to play also it has been fenced off,the front garden is fenced off to it has double glazing windows,central heating but no gas fires as we dont have them in these houses.The house is at the bottom of a big hill but there is another way to get off the estate unless u have a car which would b much easier.There is car parking spaces on the carpark above the house you can see it from the house it is north british now known as places for people a housing assoccation i have lived here for nearly free years and i'm wanting 2 move closer to my family for a new start with my partner as i dont have any family where i live here
It doesnt matter if you or council as you can still exchange with housing assoc as i did b4 with my ex to where i am now

yes it is rents 70 a week i think

ie new windows,doors,fitted kitchen,bathroom,new central heating.we are at sheffield lane top 2 mins walk from netto's. Our reason for wanting to move is my farther who is disabled lives on dialhouse and we would like to be closer
