Hi again.

I'm after a bit of feedback really. The property is still available, and we had the latest viewing on Saturday afternoon. However, this was with a couple who turned up unannounced, claiming to have confirmed an appointment with Blundells, which we knew nothing about it. Rather than turn away a prospective buyer we let them in and showed them round, but immediately rang Blundells to check why they hadn't let us know. Blundells were adamant they'd made no such appointment with anyone!

That obviously set alarm bells ringing with us that maybe these people were just 'casing the joint'!! I'm sure there's a harmless explanation, most likely they didn't want the hassle of making an appointment.

Has anyone had any similar experiences?

i wouldnt worry they were probably just out viewing homes and thought they would blag a viewing without booking.
if your worried,next time turn them away with a brouchure:)

quick update - bidding stands at £157,500 and we're hoping to tie something up pretty soon. So if anyone out there remains remotely interested, get in quick for a bargain ;)

Oh, and we never heard from the mystery couple again - but nor did they come back and rob us either!
