Hi,
I'm currently renting a 2 bed house in Leeds, in Harehills area..
Rent is 380pcm..
Area very quiet and landlady (Emma) very friendly..
House has a large bathroom with both shower and bath, large cupboards in the kitchen, a living room, and even a small storage room..
The house is fully furnished and both rooms are spacious with double beds..(One attic and one first floor room)
If someone is renting a house in Sheffield at approximately the same price, preferrably not very far from City Centre and wants to swap, please let me know..
