Where do you shop most often and why? Not just for food but just when you fancy having a good nosey around.

Netto because it rocks. Primark for clothes. I would be a moron to spend more money on clothes. Me and the kids are always head to foot in mud.

I would prefer town IF there were as many decent shops as there are at Meadowhall, but as there arn't I go to Meadowhall.

Interweb - I only ever go into town or meadowhall when I need something speicif and for whatever reason either can't or don't want to wait. As a general rule I'll end up going to Meadowhall since its only a couple of minutes drive from work so can nip out there at lunchtime.

I know that poundland in meadowhall is a rip off compared to the one in town. :D

Morrisons for fresh fish vegetables.
Tesco so the kids can use the self- serve payment method, I still get to pay though.
Meadowhall for clobber, and music CDs and eating out whole shopping usually wih the kids.
B&Q or Wickes for DIY or garden stuff.
When my daughters home from Uni we have to trawl the record shops up Walkley way.

Town cause i can walk there, i wouldn't pay the bus fares to get to Meadowhall even though its spot on.

Any shop other than the one my wife is in. She can spend hours looking at things at which point I give up the will to live and become a semi comatose vegetable saying things like " Yes love" "It really suits you" "No its not too young for you""Yes it will look nice next to the sideboard / cupboard/ window sill etc etc etc

Hillsborough - like the convenience, but it needs smartening up
Meadowhall occasionally - like the shops, loathe the environment

Tinter-web for non-consumables (ie electronic stuff, dvd's, music).

Prefer (Woodseats) local butcher, baker, fish monger, grocer for consumables, but mostly end up at Morrison/Tesco/Sainsbury due to working Mon-Fri.

Morrisions as far as I am aware have made their reputation on fresh food especially fresh veg.

Now Netto is a bit different, they are not too bad now, but when they first started trading in the UK their veg was very poor.

Town, cos I work there. Was shopping in Debenhams last night for 2 and a half hours for holiday stuff and ended up buying yet another black top!
