We have a large single room available in a very spacious 4 bed house on Junction Road, just off the Hunters Bar roundabout. The room has a single bed in at the moment, but it could easily accomodate a double bed and still be roomy.

The house has a living room with laminate floor, kitchen, bathroom with brand new suite and a good sized newly paved patio out the back, perfect for barbecues in the summer. The house is fully double glazed with a combi boiler and has just been redecorated.

We're all professionals, interested in the outdoors and climbing and going out into the peaks, and we're ideally looking for someone similar.
