Room is in the S2 area (S2 1SF), on Beaumont Road North. A cul-de-sac and pleasant environment. 50 yards away from the bus stop. 150 yards away from the new Sheffield Parkway city academy which has sports facilities open to the public after 4:30pm. The house is a 3-bed terraced property with retired friendly neighbours. You will be shared with one non-smoker male professional in the technology sector. Room is furnished with a double-bed. Seek non-smoking, friendly and pleasant research students or young professional. No problem if you have cat, but no dogs. Will offer lift to the Ikea, supermarket or shopping centre. £40 per person per week and include water, gas and electricity bills. Unlimited wireless internet is available. The house's central heating, plumbing and electricity system are cared by British Gas 24hrs a day, every day. I am a proven good landlord as well as a housemate as I have had two tenants (professionals) stayed for 1.5 year and they have now bought a flat. Available now and to view during weekends. Minimum stay 2 months and a £100 deposit. Seems fair!

If you want have a friend or you are a couple, a second double bedroom is available, all inclusive two rooms for a total of £300 pcm. I am occupying the single bedroom.

Room size: 3.96m (13'0") x 3.05m (10'0") large room (double bed and wardrobe), 3.20m (10'6") x 2.79m (9'2") medium room (unfurnished at the moment, but can be furnished for your liking).
