I have a studio apartment coming available soon, in Crookes, so very close to Union and to hospitals. It is semi-self contained, in having its own kitchen, very large double bedroom and sitting/study area, is completely quiet and separate, but the bathroom is shared with one other, my daughter. The studio comprises the whole of the first floor of an extension within my house, and is very large and spacious, being 45 foot long. Fully furnished, with all kitchen equipment etc, all fuel included. The rent is 80 pounds per week. 10 mins walk from university or from children's hospital, also its on 52 bus route.
