I am trying to find out information about the Mayor of Sheffield in 1866, John Webster (My namesake)

This is out of sheer curiosity. I noticed the fact during a City Council meeting that someone of my name had been the Mayor of Sheffield. Soi if there is anyone out there who can help me satisfy my curiosity I would appreciate it.
