This property was pupose built in the early 90's for my aunt, in the grounds of the house where she was born, and so although the house is modern, fully double glazed, centrally heated etc, the gardens are very mature, dating from the 1920's. There are fruit trees with roses growing through them, wisteria and rhodedendrum to name a few.
