Thinking of getting Vibe speakers...anyone got them or can vouch for them ?

Not bad, but I'd stick with JL Audio ;)

JL is just short for JL Audio.

Depends how much you want to spend, and what sort of system you want.

I don't have any rear 6x9" speakers because I have a sub in the boot, but if I was going to go with speakers, I'd have the ones in the doors replaced.

Give Source Sounds a call in chap, one of the best in Britain (car magazines have their show cars' soundsystem done by Source!) and will sort you out.

Gonna go and pay a visit to the shop tomorn or weekend. :)

quite glad now....i was gonna go to Halfords to order some Vibe speakers! good thing i posted in here before i decided to go!

Eeeek, avoid Halfords! Source specialise in quality sounds and alarms. If you want to hear a good example of their work.. You should hear my soundsystem ;)

Source did my alarm... After I realised the car already had one :help:

Also I would say avoid Halfords, they nearly blew my engine fitting my car out :rant:

i was abit weary coz i spoke to the store manager...he didnt have much clue about the speakers! Then another guy came along and told me about Vibe speakers which he recommended but he did give me a sony brochure to take home to look at too.Which was nice of him and he was very helpful so gonna give credit to him:)

He won't recommend you to have speakers in the parcel shelf if you're having a sub, no point.

If you give me/them a price range I'll/they'll give you a list of what have put in.

ive got a fli sub by vibe cost me £50
from halfords and sounds wicked the bass is mad !!!
