Are you talking about the website deviantart.com. I use that in so much as I always pick my desktop wallpapers from there!!

endeffect is an art gallery where deviant art is more of a collective - to get the full effect join up and put some of your own art up there :)

My stuffs all over there, not used it for a long time though.
