Now im waiting for others' answer. im a chinese student,major is INTERNATIONAL HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM MANAGEMENT. i fancy football but playing is crap!!! we will share the internet and TV right?

i will give you my decision, as soon as possible.

As mentioned, the tenency runs from 1st July but we can sort it out so you move in and pay from August 25th onwards (pro rata at £66.50p/w). The tenancy runs through until around the end of June 2008 (not got the exact dates to hand unfortunately).

The TV license will cost £135.50 (£23 each providing price doesn't go up). If you want a TV in your room then you would be required to purchase a seperate license on your own, however that will be the same wherever you choose to live. The internet will definitely not be more than £5.00 a month each, I cannot name an exact price until we actually get set up.

As for us, we are all final year Hallam students returning from a work placement year, having lived together all previous years at Uni. Our interests are varied and we have a good friendly atmosphere in the house. As its the final year, there is gonna be plenty of work to do but I should imagine we will still have plenty of other stuff going on as well.
