Think it's a mixture of both quantity and quality of posts. I think using the "C" word should knock points off :P
That's why I suggested that JoePritchard be a candidate.. I always find his posts are worth reading, put across good points and he never moans!
We've gone over (many times) on how you nominate people. If people don't bother to read announcements then that's not much I can do!
Closing this topic to avoid going over old ground again and again. As for how to rate the users, as mentioned, consider the quality of their posts, their general manner to other users, etc.
