Hi there everyone,
I wanted to get a general gist of some opinions and perhaps personal experience of the people of Sheffield.
I'm in a difficult position of now being to be unexplained infertile and about to receive treatment. I'll be taking Clomid aka Clomiphene very soon.
I'm struggling to find people with personal experience. The two women I have met both suffered miscarriage and never had a child so it hardly seems fair to ask too much. It doesn't inspore me with confidence either.
The drug I'll be taking is risky in some respects and good in others.
Do you know anyone who had a clomid induced pregnancy?
How many cycles did it take?
Did you suffer side effects?
Anything else I should know?

I would appreciate the views of men and woman with any experience of infertility.
As this post is of a sensitive nature, I've taken care to use a non descript name, if you want to reply I'd be quite happy for a pm response in order to maintain privacy.

Slayer - you may want to try the bulletin boards over at Babycentre (http://www.babycentre.co.uk)...there are boards for all sorts of things and I do believe there is one for fertility problems...you are bound to find someone on there who will have experience or who can push you in the righ dorection.
