Does anyone else remember the strangely pretty actress Chloe Newsome who lived in Sheffield. She was in a soap a few years back.

I recollect seeing her a few times in Meadowhell, and one or two times on Chapel Walk in town.

She always seemed Ok to me but then I never knew her personally.

Put it this way - i'd date her if she asked.

She was always perfectly nice before her brush with fame. Then she was in Children's Hospital, mostly after that she was fine, but, if she got too much TV related attention, up her own...

Saw her once at a local fete when she was in Corrie, but didn't try and have a chat.

Still, I'm guessing most people I went to school with wouldn't have many fond memories of me either. Not that I was nasty or anything, just not many friends from school. In fact. Not in touch with anyone from school on anything like a regular basis.

During her 'celebrity' days she used to visit the Sheff Uni students union a lot and the fame had DEF. gone to her head then - maybe she's a changed woman now...

Last time I saw he she was working behind the bar in West 10 in Ranmoor - about 5 years ago I think

I saw her in a play at the Lyceum last year some time, an Agatha Christie one. It was done by the Agatha Christie company and was touring the country. It had Kate O'Mara and Frazer Hines in it - plus the older bloke from Don't Wait Up. So looks like she's still acting when she can.

I was the last person to run the Yorkshiremans as a rock bar. They took it on, the rockers abandoned the place, it became a pricey restaurant with expensive drinks, I think they lasted about a year there and then moved on.

I remember reports that on a Friday or Saturday night when it should have been a busy night, she closed the pub so her small group of mates could have a private party there.

No idea where she is now.

she was engaged to the owner of lions lair, the pub behind john lewis but they split up (years ago) she now lives in london and is still an actress. last time i saw her was a few years ago in london.

Well guys I can't say I knew Chloe well but I knew enough to say how fame really did go to her head but that she refound some modesty when she reached her 20s.

I often saw her out clubbing and we would usually have a chat to catch up and see what was going on, by then she was a very nice, grounded girl. Haven't seen her for years though so god knows what she's like these days.

As for Mark little, well I never met him but I did have a friend who got to know him really very well over a night or two...
