The BBC have such double standards when it comes to endorsing or mentioning company names. On one hand you have callers barred from mentioning which company they work for, on the other hand the entire Radio 1 team (and Radio 2) appear to have spent most of last week promoting the new U2 album - which must be worth a fortune in extra sales. I appreciate that it's 'big news' that U2 have a new album, but there is a big difference between mentioning this in the news, compared to a week long, virtually 24/7 advert!
