The darn thing's locked up. The screen's frozen. It's not responding to any of it's buttons (on/off included). It won't register that it is/should be charging. I can't find a battery cover.

What next? Can anybody offer any suggestions?

How silly do I feel? After asking a couple of questions, the compaq.com on-line expert suggested poking the stylus into the reset button on the bottom :roll: :blush: :roll: :hihi:
