Hi,Does any one on the forum know whats going on at low edges ie delays re decent homes?
This guy was told in july by the surveyer and confirmed by the housing that the refurbishment of his property was to start in january of this year as it had to be finished by april also of this year.
In case no one noticed january and april came and went and its already may and still not a hint of refurbishment in site? Any one know how far behind with the work they are or got any similar experiences of delays etc. Its not a problem I gather but if people are told the refurb wil be done in certain months and they accourdingly arrange thier hollidays around that information for example it could obviously lead to further delays.

Its the same story re delays area j phases6/7 which were also suposed to begin january due to having to be finished by april but up to now nothings happened en no news. There is no up to date news on the decent homes sites and no mention of the above area iether. Any of the forumers know whats going on in area j?
