Dont see why not provided he can get dry again afterwards. OUr dobermutt is a big wuss in the rain and absolutely refuses to go outside unless she is gently encouraged (toe end of boot- only joking!)

I'd wait for a reply from Sooz or another bunny expert before putting him out. If they're anything like piggies they're very susceptible to the cold and pneumonia if the water gets through to their skin and they aren't warmed and dried very quickly.

I wouldn't put him out. My bunny caught a cold last time he got wet, gladly it was just a slight one. Can he not have a run around inside instead?

Dont put him out in the rain. It will lower his immune system and may cause snuffles or pneumonia. A little bit of drizzle is ok but not when its pelting down.

When its raining and gimli wants to come out, I just bunny proof a room and bring him in for a bit, he loves it as do the kids. Thank god for wood flooring!

Ok all thanks....He's allowed in the kitchen as its "wabbit proof" just one more question, does anyone know where you can purchase a wabbit mac ??? We've seen the harnesses for taking him walkies but as of yet no matching coat/boots or brolly :D

Lol. Dont reccommend the harnesses myself....very unnatural and rather dangerous.

Don't worry Sooz, it was only a tongue in cheek reply. Thanks again for the earlier advice :)
