Sky Premier especially hasn't worked since they started it :loopy: :rant:

This is annoying as the Movie channels were one of the main reasons I ever got Sky in the flipping first place :rant:

To be fair I have been having intermittent problems with other Sky channels losing signal a lot lately, especially when the weather's been bad.

I guess the Sky arials in S3 can't cope with a bit of wind and rain! :loopy:

So yeh, movies don't work, do I phone Sky up and tell 'em to stuff it? Or could it be a fixable problem?

check your dish positioning, and signal level/strength... it could be that wind has knocked your dish slightly out of alignment... this is known to happen ;)

ring and complain, if necessary threaten to leave them/ reduce your service with them, it seems to work wonders...

Ring up and complain,cancel,backtrack,then ask them what they can offer as compo ,they will give you free movies for 3 months.
your dish needs sorting though.
