Ed and co tiled our kitchen (http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?p=2235020#post2235020), plus sorted out the electrics for us. Unlike all but one other company that we talked with they:

1) Turned up when they said they would to give us a quote. (Only three others did).
2) Got back to us with a quote (in fact, they did it on the same day, and only one other company bothered to get back to us with a quote).

On top of that, they gave us a great price, turned up when they said they would (Quoted Monday, Started Thursday!). They did a great job of the kitchen too!

We're very happy with the kitchen, it looks great.

And as a bonus, they're a really nice bunch of guys, great to have them working on things for us. Even if they are southeners.
