We have a spare room in a 6bedroomed flat in Sheffield. 4 female students (1
hallam, 3 uni) and 1 male professional (who pays the council tax). All tidy,
and friendly people.
The room is a double room, and although the smallest in the house is much
larger
than most houses offer!!
The flat is on Hunter's Bar roundabout which makes it perfect for both Hallam
and uni students (bout 15-20 mins from Shef Uni, but the number 80 also runs
right past our flat and it takes bout 7 mins on the bus to uni).
The rent is £60 a week, and the fkat has wireless broadband,
dishwasher,washer/dryer, flatscreen tv,dvd player etc...
There are 2 bathrooms and a very large front room (2 leather sofas and a dining
table fit there with masses of floor space).
