Has anyone been in this Pub lately? I remember when it was very very `posh` so to speak and i was in there last weekend and it was full of young lads ( 18-21 years old) shouting, swearing and fighting one anover, i went to the toliet and a lad had just been beat up. Blood all over the place, i walked outside again to sit with my wife and there was anover 2 lads shouting and spitting at one anover. It was madness.
Anyone else go/or have been to this pub???

Nope. And it doesn't sound like somewhere I'll be visiting in the future either :D
I've never seen anything like it on such a nice estate. Its next to the Dore and Totely golf club, its next to a bowling club and Greenhill. They all have a good rep, but as soon as i walked in to order i thought to myself `oh dear` lol
May be Lowedgers lot. They live across from the main road.
Don't think many go in the Bradway these days, gone quite downhill from what I'm told. Stopped going in when they stopped doing any decent beer. Only thing really going for it is it's the only pub in Bradway with a pool table.
I would suggest you might prefer the Castle or the Redcap.
Ive been to the spitfire, that was brilliant.

Went in last tuesday n it was dead.
Prob go in once or twice a month, see a few young un's playin pool but I've never seen any trouble recently.
Nice pool table, beers not bad, n it dont look a dive although its a bit bare.
Also the current land lord is a sound bloke who would'nt stand for any of that, maybe When 4ny1ne went in the land lord was out?

I like pubs with pool tables. They seem quite rare for me since EmberInns assimilated the Robin Hood and the Prince of Wales. The Millhouses has one, but it really does feel like the league of Gentlemen in there if your face doesn't fit.
Haha lala, i know what you mean!
The land lord owns the springwood pub right? Now that is a pub!

Yes, can't say it has any kind of reputation for trouble as far as I know. Just when I go past never looks busy!
Go in on a fri/sat night. You'll notice a difference.

I used to work there, never been same since they changed it to Hogshead. Used to be very nice and a pre club bar to Fanny's at Owler Bar. The we changed it from hogshead back to Bradway and we improved it no end. Then unfortunately the nice young crowd grew up and moved away. After that they tried to turn it into a resteraunt which didnt work then some crappy pub that lets idiots in. Shame, some nice people around there and nowhere to drink. Castle is improved and the Old Mother Redcap has just been refurbed however not been in.
