I will be in my final year in Sept and have a double and single room to let from 1st July. The house is in S2 (Olive Grove Rd) and is 15 mins walk from City centre and Sheffield Hallam Uni. All rooms have broadband and are in good condition with good quality furniture; we are non-smokers. There is ample on street parking and the house is located on a quiet road.
