The vast majority of dog owners that clean up after their canine friends are deemed responsible owners and yet it is a puzzle that cat owners are not. I put it you you all that all cat owners are irresponsible! Fines should be brought into place for cat crappers ( or owners there of)

So how exactly are cat owners supposed to follow their cats around the estate to clean up after them? I have cats and I believe I am a responsible cat owner by providing a cat litter tray for them to use, which they do use.

Besides, not all dog owners are responsible, surely you must have noticed that when you go out? I'm a dog owner too by the way only I clean up after mine, many others don't!

I would ask, how are the authorities going to find out who's cat crapped where?!

I would be most perturbed if I got a fine because there was cat poo in my next door neighbour's garden. Why? Because we have a litter area in our garden that our cats use and there is NO evidence at all, that my cats go elsewhere to poo.

If my cat craps on the pavement, where someone is definitely going to step in it, then' I'd scoop it. But she goes behind a bush, scratches out hole, dumps in it and backfills it.

I am sure you have not got a clue as to where your cats deficate each and everytime. I applaud people that do clean up after their animals and i appreciate the independace of cats. However I still state that each and every persons garden is a big kitty litter tray.

So go on then, what do you suggest we do? Are you having a problem in your own garden from a neighbours cat or something? I assume you have because I have never seen cat poo in the street to be honest. Maybe if you know whos cat is doing it you cold politly ask them if they could provide a litter tray for it. Better still do a search on the forum and find out what everyone else does to stop the problem instead of dreaming up ideas that would never work.

Hmmm... how about a cat that was locked in my house overnight by the workmen and used the kids bedroom as a toilet.. :gag: the place stinks!

God should be fined for giving animals anuses in the first place. Theres GOT to be a better way to get rid of our waste.
