Hi,
There are 3 female and 1 male tenant all early 20's and working. I don't think they smoke (and if any of them do, the smoke outside).
The house is fully furnished with a really nice kitchen, integral appliances etc. 2 bathrooms and broadband and TV points in alll rooms. The available room is a first floor double room, fully furnished and very nice.
