Has anyone else done anything as monumentally daft as me? My OH was in fits when i told him!
Basically we are potty training our little munchkin and have one of those seats which go over the toilet.
Well i was a bit desperate for the loo and ran upstairs, and without thinking i put the toilet seat on - just sooo used to doing it by now and sat down.
Before i realised my mistake it was too late and i got a bit sprayed!! A clean up and a shower later i saw the funny side - but has anyone else been so absent minded and done something equally as daft, or is it just me??:help: :roll: :D

i probably mentioned in the other thread how i managed to melt both my breastpumps at 4am once. by the time i woke up an hour or two later and needed to express again (trying to increase supply, which didn't actually work despite weeks of trying very hard, but i digress), my boobs were really sore, and i was miserable, and the husband had to zoom out to buy a new one the second boots was open.

it's funny now, but it certainly wasn't at the time.:hihi:

Im not sure if you can call it a slip up but when I used to give my disabled son a shower I used to brush his teeth and as I was brushing Id sing the "Son be a dentist" song from Little shop of Horrors.
He used to laugh and once I sang it so loudly that my neighbour who was in his front garden joined in.

My son laughed to much that he peed all over me.

i once managed to melt all 6 bottles in the microwave, i put it on for 5mins but pressed 0 by accident(due to tiredness) after 15 mins i smelled burning and opened it to find a unusual work of art formed in the steriliser:loopy: amased to find the teets and the tops in perfect condition:huh:
