Excellent advice in an overheated market with another nudge on interest rates on the way.

Are you feeling the pinch to stoop this low?

Kids - dont buy, rent

I was thinking the same, although Deepaks points are extremely pertinent..

I also doubt very much if you have never been as busy, unless youve only been advising for about 3 months. However, out of interest, and assuming you havent been busier, what is the ratio of mortgages being taken out ie. FTB:BTL:remortgage:new purchase?

Best of luck in offering this service; I'm forever hopeful that someday I'll be earning enough to finally buy my own place...

Just heard the other day on the radio, that hundreds of people were queuing up through the night to put their names down for just 19 'affordable homes' in Milford Haven of all places... At one time South West Wales must have been one of the cheapest places for property in the whole country, but now most houses there fetch around the 80-100,000 mark..!
