New dispersal orders will be in action tomorrow around the City. A new one on Dixon lane and it's surrounding area will come into affect. There are already others in some estates but will this one be of any use? As soon as anyone gets moved on (especially if they're intent on making trouble) they will do it elsewhere. Will the police come out if they are called every 5 minutes or will there be more patrols?

I heard there can't be a city centre wide drinking ban or dispersal order but where do you think there should be one? The Moor is in need of one IMO.

The dispersal order covers drinking and anygroup of two or more breaking the anti-social behaviour order rule 30 or something. But more emphasis on street drinking is needed.
