What is the law concerning driving a coach can you drive one without a psv licence if your not taking paying passengers. And are you limited to a certain amount of seats.?

If you are not taking fare-paying passengers, you can drive a minibus with up to 16 seats PROVIDING you are aged 21 or over and have category D1 on your driving licence. Anything bigger than that requires you to take the PSV test in order to get a full category D licence.
