why r we having to put up with fireworkes at this time of night i thought there were new laws about when fireworks are allowed and when they r not can someone please clarify between what dates and what times fireworkes can be let off

I am sure that fireworks cannot be let off after 11pm and not in a public place at all.

I think it is illegal to set fireworks off in the street, and I think it is illegal to set them off after 11pm.

But i'm not sure if there's anything you can do about people who break the law... some kids were setting them off on our street after 11pm last week, but if we had called the police I guess we would have been accused of wasting police time.
