does anyone know where i can get one of these adaptors, on the highstreet, or second user?
wanted for saturday, so internet order is out of the question.

i've seen plenty of adapters that do mobile connections to 2.5mm jack.. then i suppose you could get an adapter to go to 3.5mm.. bit clunky..

Thought they had the new nokia socket on the botton.
If so there is a hands free microphone lead available with a 3.5mm socket for headphones or any other compatable audio device.
Available from vodaphone shops and in the sale at the moment.

I have one and it works well.
I also have the old style 2.5mm one for my other nokia 1100.
