Show me the light? Will you shine brightness into the dark places, let no shady corner bar my inquisitiveness and make my curiosity shine like a beacon in a gloom filled world of ignorance?

Or is it as mundane as "Where's the remote?" :D

It was a good one and it went as my laptop was being a pain and didn't want to play so in the madness that followed I forgot:(

you were going to ask whether anybody knows where my bikini top is.

it is not:
1. in the fridge
2. in the kettle
3. in the garage at no. 3
(or on mr mills)
4. hiding behind this monitor
5. hiding anywhere sensible.

My 2 sons used to go to school by train and one day the eldest asked the youngest why he was carrying 2 empty milk bottles in the station. His mum had told him to put them on the doorstep as he went out.

Just one of those senior moments that occur from time to time and more frequently the older you become. The memory and mind is not like wine it doesn't improve with age unfortunately.

I had a brilliant idea for a thread earlier today. It occurred as I was out and about, therefore not at the computer.

It was witty, intelligent, thought-provoking, and both comic and tragic in equal measure. It promised drama, laughter, tears, and hope. It was everything an OP should be. It may even have been a work of genius.

So why can't I remember the bloody thing!

Does anyone else get sudden thread ideas popping into their heads at odd moments? Do you think of a question, and think "I must ask the forum, someone's bound to know that"? Then arrive home, only to realise you remeber that you had a question, but you don't remember what the question was?

Or is it just me? :help:
