they do them at the cage health club in west one. You have to be a member there to go though.

Fitness First in Chesterfield (there was an article about it in The Star on Monday).

you have ot be mega fit to be a pole dancer, didnt danni minogue do it once for tv? it nearly killed her and shes mega fit (as in athletic, not looks)

mmm, not sure if I'd describe Danni Minogue as mega fit. She may be thin but not fit.

she used to do hectic dances though - not that i watch often cos i think she sucks

If a few of you wanted to learn, I could ask a friend of mine if she'd be willing to give you all a lesson. She's dead friendly, so can't imagine her saying no.

Its not a bad place!! Girls are really down to earth and not pushy!!

i dont think id put up with some if the slime buckets in there, i left after half hour and the door men were telling me about a ladies night - but i think thats worse. generally women have nicer bodies than men i have to say. but no, dancing d is in yuk area, was scared getting a taxi and got dodgy look off driver. didnt jordan or someone, open one down attercliff ??

Hi, me and my friend are really keen at having a go at pole dancing as a fun kind of exercise but cant find any where that holds lessons! Im know the cage gym does but its members only! Does anyone know anywhere else??

i think there was a thread on this a couple of months ago - im sure one of the people on here was looking into it. try searching. PD supposed to be great way to keep fit, got a few girls on here who do it. good luck

Only messin- as nat said a couple of other girls on here have done it and have enjoyed it, a mate of mine does it purely for keep fit purposes (although her b/f doesn't mind)

Have you been to what was - Bar Costa? I think thats what it was called. It has a rotating dance floor and 2, although a little bit too wide) poles.
