What is Makro superstore, near the Parkway? Who is it for & how can you get in there?
I have heard the stuff in there, food & booze, is realy cheap but top quality brands. Any one in the know about this place? Could be very handy for the Yuletide season.

its not really signposted properly, its on the industrial est. you need a card for it though as u prob know. but yes its off the parkway - happy shopping

there was one in Nottingham i used to go to.

its a trade store, bought by a german company a few years back.

basically you need a card to get in, and to sign up for one you're meant to have a trade need, i.e. own a sweetie shop.

however there are obvious ways round this, its cheap mainly due to the bulk factor, there are some really good offers sometimes, but they get snapped up fast.

hope this info is still correct. ive not been for about 3 yrs now.

you need to own a business to get a card to shop there,when i had the pub i had to show envoices from the brewary as proof...to be honest i think bookers is better just up the road from makro (next right)

yes you do need a card and dont forget you wiil need to add on 17.5% on all goods what you buy exept for food stuffs so may not be the bargains there are cracked up to be happy shopping any how lol!!

JTF Warehouse is much better - their Christmas range is amazing. Very close to Big W near Handsworth, you'll need a couple of receipts and a letterhead to join. Well worth it.
