It wasn't spoilt by a soppy ending was it? Films like this usually start well and end up being more sickly than a treacle covered, battered and deep fried block of lard.

Watched it last christmas, so a bit fuzzy, but i seem to remember thinking it was at least a little less sickly than the usual holiday offerings.

Same as me - I got it on dodgy dvd from the US - LAST XMAS!

Thats right-- its been out a year already in the US and here in the UK they dont even have the uncut version showing in the cinemas (where BB Thornton bums a lady in a womens dressing room- with the immortal catchphrase "You aint gonna **** right for a week" ... another plus point for piracy I reckon.. you get to see EVERYTHING that the UK certification ****wits have cut out and wont allow you too watch at your leisure.

That scene was in the Cinema version in the UK, as was the rest of the film.

On DVD you can pick up the uncut version (which was released on DVD as Badder Santa in the US), but it isn't really worth getting. The extra scenes disrupt the flow of an otherwise great film.
