As fgar as i know, birds do not nest 'late' in the year- as it's winter, ansd they nest in spering/ summer to raise young. Doh!

I have trouble with the idea that retaining the towers as in ANY way a good thing

There was a piece about them last night on TV on that five minute slot after Channel Four news.
