It's my niece's birthday next week, and I'm looking either a shop (other than the obvious supermarkets) or an individual who can make fresh cakes i.e. fresh cream/chocolate etc.
Thanks

If you want a contact number PM me :) izabellamary 19-04-2007, 20:01 Try the bakery on sharrowvale, cant quite remember the name of it but i have had great cakes from there and my friend had her wedding cake from there and all fantastic. It might be called perfectionary but my memory is like a sieve. khizman 19-04-2007, 23:50 Try costco, £10 for a custom cake big enough to feed an army. purdyamos 20-04-2007, 00:15 You could send a pm to THE_DADDY. He posted a thread the other day about his new career as a trainee chef after a long spell of illness and other troubles. He posted some photos of cakes that he'd been making, and they looked great. I think it would be nice if he got a commission from a fellow forummer. :) Pics on page 2 (http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=206190&page=2) Womerry2 20-04-2007, 07:28 Try the bakery on sharrowvale, cant quite remember the name of it but i have had great cakes from there and my friend had her wedding cake from there and all fantastic. They are great at doing special decorations - just bring in a photo or a cuddly toy. We have had spectacular Thunderbird and Womble birthday cakes :) |
